—Shout ‘Em: The Croatia-based white-label mobile and location-based social network platform is taking a second-round $1.2 (£0.77) million from Slovenian venture capital fund RSG Capital, spinning off in to a separate company, Shout Ltd, and opening business development offices in London and New York.
